Ingredients

• 1/2 cup pretzels
• 4 slices sourdough bread
• 1/2 cup shelled pistachios
• soft cheese, 8 oz
• 1 pint fresh berries

Time Needed

• Prep Time: 10 minutes
• Total Time: 10 minutes

Instructions

• Allow the soft cheese to come to room temperature in a small bowl.
• In the meantime, coarsely chop the pistachios and set them aside.
• Arrange the sourdough bread in bite-sized pieces on a platter or cutting board.
• Place the pretzels on top of the platter.
• Spread the softened cheese onto the bread and top with chopped pistachios.
• Place the fresh berries on top of the platter.
• Serve right away and enjoy.
