Prosciutto and Salami Charcuterie Board Recipe

• 1/2 cup fig jam
• To serve, crackers and bread
• sliced prosciutto, 4 oz
• smoked gouda cheese, 4 oz
• sliced salami, 4 oz
• soppressata, 4 oz
• 1/2 cup roasted almonds
• 4 oz aged cheddar cheese, sliced
• 1 cup mixed olives
• 1/2 cup dried apricots

Time Needed

• Prep Time: 20 minutes
• Total Time: 20 minutes

Instructions

• On a large serving board, arrange the sliced meats and cheeses.
• Spread the mixed olives out around the meats and cheeses on the board.
• Fill in any gaps with the roasted almonds on the board.
• Arrange the dried apricots around the meats and cheeses on the board.
• Fill a small bowl with fig jam and place it on the board.
• With crackers and bread, serve.
