Cheese Charcuterie Platter with Yogurt Pretzels, Plantains and Breadsticks Recipe

This Cheese Charcuterie Platter with Grapes, Yogurt Pretzels, Fried Plantains, Hummus, and Breadsticks is ideal for entertaining or snacking. A delicious and satisfying spread of savoury cheeses and meats, sweet grapes, crunchy pretzels, and fried plantains.

  • Prep Time: 20 minutes
  • Cook Time: 10 minutes
  • Total Time: 30 minutes

Instructions

  • Cut the brie and cheddar into bite-sized pieces.
  • On a large platter, arrange the cheese, salami, and prosciutto.
  • Place the red and green grapes on top of the platter.
  • Add the yoghurt pretzels to the platter in a small bowl.
  • Plantains should be peeled and sliced into rounds.
  • In a frying pan, heat the oil over medium-high heat.
  • Fry the plantain rounds on both sides until golden brown.
  • Place the plantains on a platter after removing them from the pan.
  • Place the hummus in a small bowl and place it on the platter.
  • Serve the breadsticks on the platter.
