Ingredients
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 lb goat cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 lb cheddar cheese, cubed
- 1/4 lb gouda cheese, cubed
- 1 cookie pack (assorted flavors)
- 1/4 cup mixed nuts
- 1/4 lb salami, sliced
- 1/4 lb brie cheese, sliced
- 1/4 lb prosciutto, sliced
Time Needed
- Prep Time: 15 minutes

Instructions
- Place the cookies and cheese on a large cutting board.
- Place the prosciutto and salami slices on the board.
- Drizzle honey over the brie and scatter the crumbled goat cheese and mixed nuts on top.
