Ingredients

• 2 garlic cloves
• 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
• 1 package pita bread
• Sharp cheddar cheese, 8 oz
• 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
• Season with salt and pepper to taste
• 1 box of crackers
• smoked gouda cheese, 8 oz
• 1/4 cup olive oil
• 1/4 cup lemon juice
• 1/4 cup tahini
• 1 cup mayonnaise
• cream cheese, 8 oz
• 1 pound seedless grapes
• brie cheese, 8 oz
• 10 oz frozen chopped spinach
• 1 cup sour cream

Time Needed

• Prep Time: 20 minutes
• Total Time: 20 minutes

Instructions

• Thaw the spinach and squeeze out any excess liquid.
• Combine the spinach, sour cream, mayonnaise, and ranch seasoning mix in a medium mixing bowl.
• Refrigerate until ready to serve.
• Combine the chickpeas, garlic, tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a food processor.
• Transfer to a serving dish after processing until smooth.
• On a large platter or board, arrange the cheeses, grapes, crackers, and pita bread.
• Serve the spinach dip and hummus alongside the other dipping and spreading ingredients.
